The Sottoriva SP240 Ciabatta Divider has 3 speeds for the cutting device, which is manually adjusted. Change knives easily with the options of 1,2,3,4 and 6 rows. Weight range from 25 to 1280 gr. Manual adjustment of thickness and speed of the cutting knives. Inlet belt is 240 mm. SP240/C - same basics as the SP240 but with self-adjusting of knife speed, larger weight range, touch screen control panel that can store up to 50 programs.
