CORRECTION: OOOpppsss I didn't correct myself on time and temperature in the recipe (It's on the video) so here it is: Bake for 22 -- 25 minutes in a preheated 375ºoven in the bottom third of the oven. UPDATE: To make 2 dozen dinner rolls just portion 24 rolls and put them 4 across and 6 down in your well-buttered 9 x 13 pan. Other than that, just proceed as the video instructs. Check them at 20 minutes just in case. ;) The butteriest most wonderful rolls. Everyone loves these and they are my most requested bread recipe. AUNT DUDDIE'S GREAT BIG POUFY BUNS Use your bread machine to mix and knead the dough and you will get a much more tender roll than if you mixed and kneaded by hand. 1/2 cup warm water or whey from cheese or butter making 1 cup warm milk 90 - 100* 1/2 cup butter, soft, unsalted, divided 1 large egg 2 cups All-Purpose flour 2 cups Bread flour 4 T sugar 2 t Kosher salt or 1 1/4 tsp table salt 1 T plus 1 t of instant yeast (I use SAF) 1. In the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer add the ingredients and half of the butter INCLUDING the egg.. Grease a 13x9" pan with 1 or 2 T butter 3. Set bread machine to the dough cycle. 4. Remove the dough from the pan and let rest for 10 minutes, covered with a damp, clean tea towel 5. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls. 6. Place into the greased baking dish 3 across and 4 down . They fit perfectly in a 9x13" pan. Cover again with a damp tea towel and let rise for 30 - 40 minutes until ...
