Visit for a FREE cookbook download--Nine Filled Rolls Recipes Monica's Famous Cinnamon Rolls Recipe Yield - 12 big cinnamon rolls Dough 1/2 cup warm water 1/2 cup warm milk 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup softened butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg 4 scant cups all purpose flour 1 tablespoon active dry yeast Filling: 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing on dough Mix together: 4 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar Frosting: Mix together until smooth: 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons milk Place all dough ingredients into the bread machine pan and select Dough setting. When cycle is complete, turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and allow dough to rest for 10 minutes. Roll into a 9 x 15 rectangle. Brush with 2 tablespoons melted butter and the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll up starting from a long side and pinch the seam to seal (brushing on a bit of water helps to seal it well). Cut roll into twelve pieces using dental floss or a very sharp knife. Place rolls into a greased 9x13 paking pan or two greased 9-inch round cake pans. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double, about 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until light golden. Allow the rolls to cool slightly and frost while still warm.
