Here we show you how to dress the pizza properly. The dressing of the pizza defiantly effects the final outcome of the pizza. 1. Put on a layer of oil of the crust (outside crust first) with that oily tissue/paper towel you used ealier. 2. Put on the sauce. 3. Put on the Pepper, Italian Seasoning, other spice, and then parmigian cheese. 4. Put on some mozzarella cheese to lightly cover. 5. Put on any water holding wet ingredients (green peppers, onions). 6. Put on another small layer of cheese 7. Put on the dryer ingredients (mushrooms). 8. Put on the meats. 9. Put on the rest of the cheese. DON'T PUT THE WET INGREDIENTS ON THE TOP! Remember we do NOT have commercial pizza ovens so we have to work with moisture issues and cannot get away with how they do it at the restaurant.
