This promotional film made in 1934 by WF McConnel of Mac's Movies shows biscuit production at the Menz factory. Creators of the much loved Yo-yo biscuit, the company manufactured bread, biscuits and confectionery from the Wakefield Street premises until 1953. The business was sold to Arnott's Biscuits in the early 1960s, and the confectionary side (including their famed Fruchocs) was picked up by Robern in 1992.
