I would appreciate it if you could give me any advice or comment :) Age: 17 29 december : 85 kg 5 may : 71 kg working out 5 times a week cardio: intervals on treadmil for 20 mins, three times a week supplements: only whey protein EAT 5-7 MEALS: with gap of 2-3 hours each in the morning - 7 egg whites, 1/2 cup of dry oats, green tea, 2 table spoons of flax seeds, 3-7 strawberries during school time - 1st brake - half a sandwich (whole grain bread) and roasted meat with olives and lettuce 2nd brake- nothing 3rd brake- the other half of the sandwich these were unchangable now for the other meals of the day i was either eating (have in mind that all the meals were boiled in water): (broccoli and a carrot/salad/legume) with (chicken breast/fish/steak), for taste only lemon and a tblspoon of olive oil added 30 mins before gym: 1/2 cup dry oats , with protein shake post workout meal: 1 banana and a protein shake before bed only tuna with one tablespoon of olive oil or 1 tabespoon of peanut butter. ALL the meals were eaten in small portions!
